"The location of the resort was excellent with a beautiful view. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful (a guy with the specs. Sorry cant recall his name). My main issue was with the Air-con in both the rooms. Despite making several requests it was not fixed and the staff was adament the air-con is fine. We had to request extra fans to compensate the heat in the room. Second problem was the ants. The moment we keep anything, they used to come all over. We were not supposed to eat anything in the room and clean the utensils ourselves. Also food choices were very limited."
