"hotel staffs are super friendly. Breakfast and dinner very good. The outdoor bath is comfortable. Recommend this hotel. "

"Clean room, quiet environment and easy and short walk to the train station."

"Room service included daily and very clean. Smoking rooms do wreak of cigarette smoke, but what could you expect."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was simple, but comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The Japanese breakfast was filling and had good options. We enjoyed our stay."

"The location was excellent. The hotel has a connected pathway to the station building so it easy to move around even on rainy days. Convenience stores, coffee shops, dining options were all within walking distance. The hotel room and toilet was spacious, amenities were sufficient also. I had a comfortable stay here."

"Great ski-in-ski-out resort with fantastic hotel and ski staff. Newly renovated with great atmosphere and superb cleanliness."

"Clean room, excellent staff, amazing Onsen"

"A relaxing stay at this beautiful inn. I would strongly recommend this ryokan for others looking for great food and wonderful onsen!"

"Food was excellent "
