The hotel was disgusting!! There was mold. The beds and the entire room was filthy.

Used shower soap was laying in the bathroom. Was not ours. Fitness center was unavailable. Pool had no water in it and if it did it was rain water. Absolutely terrible place to stay.

Check in process took 15-20 minutes after we arrived. The room was disgusting; sticky floors, door wouldn’t open all the way, bathroom was awful. We were not going to expose our son to this filthy place, so we left and ate the cost.

I checked in on time. Had to wait 20 mins. system was down. The clerk was on the phone. The room i requested was not available instead of them informing me in time to cancel they just shoved me in a double room. I was very unhappy with my stay and will NOT return. Buyers beware!!!

I travel to this area quite frequently and have a service dog. I am a veteran and showed my information to the clerk on duty. She asked if she was a service dog and I responded yes (She is a German Shepherd) and was told that I had to pay a “Pet” fee. I again explained that she is NOT a vet and showed her my military ID and she refused to accept it. I was charged the fee and when I requested a receipt it only state for Payment Type-Cash. So the clerk more than likely pocketed the fee as it was NOT returned. I am filing a complaint with the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs and the Alabama Attorney General as this is not my usual experience with this motel.

The problem I had was that the room we had was all the to the end of the hall. My husband has to have oxygen to carry around so that was a long walk. Could park close to the back but our card would not open the back door.

Staff would not wear masks ! Surly when you asked them to. Small roaches in room , staff had personal vehicles parked in loading space. Very noisy at night, thin floors and walls . I will never stay there again!!!

We didn’t get the room we reserved. Had gotten a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting, so dirty that we had to buy our own cleaning supplies, bed sheets and towels. The room key didn’t work so every day we had to get it rekeyed.

Every thing is tired and dirty. Staff sleeping in the lobby or sitting outside smoking. Some staff not very pleasant. Room needed the floors swept and washed, new bedding, walls patched and painted and the lobby is disgusting. Wouldn’t stay there or recommend it.
