"Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich.
Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar.
The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone.
They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."

"The apartment was clean, and extremely well appointed. The kitchen had ample glassware, cups, plates and utensils. We used the dishwasher daily and also washed and dried clothes! An added plus with 2 boys!!! The balcony was perfect for cocktails and dinner. There's a COOP for grocery shopping just a 5 min walk. We had dinner at the Schnitzel House one night, and at Simsim another. Both recommended by our hosts. Food was delicious and service great at both locations. This was just perfect. What a fabulous place to stay for a visit in Zurich."
