「Fantastic location! 10 min walk to train station, the Duomo, and all the shopping. Great restaurants near by, Ciro and dons was amazing and it’s on the same street. The hotel used to be a private palace and it’s kept much of its original character. Breakfast in the garden was just perfect. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back! 」

「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」

「The kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of shops, nearby, mainly the famous leather market. Lots of restaurants nearby. Angelo was very helpful in this history lesson as we were checking in of the surrounding buildings. The room was very clean, had all the amenities you would expect and then some. 」
