Really conveniently located and beautiful property. We had a duplex room that was great size and quiet at night. Rooftop has great view too. We had rental car that they arranged valet parking for €35/night taking care of ZTL zone entry too. Since it is not into depths of the city, so driving up to it was easy, with barely small stretch of drive in old, busy streets. Staff was warm and welcoming and room decor was beautiful and cosy as well. All toileteries from Aqua di Palma was excellent touch! The best - they had professional hair dryer, straightner and curler in the washroom, never had that before!!

Beautiful hotel but I would by no means consider this a 5 star hotel. Great rooftop patio to take in the views prior to their bar and dinner service. Attentiveness at the lounge/restaurant on the main level is not adequate. Staff would not let you check in until 3pm exactly. I had to wait for over 3 hours and they would not give me any idea if I could check in earlier. This was not due to the hotel being full as there was a lot of vacancy that evening and the hotel was not busy. Room was spacious and clean but there was no conditioner in the conditioner bottle and unfortunately I did not notice this until I was already in the shower. Experience overall however did not have any charm or a pull to go back. I think with some tweaks to customer service, this could be a great hotel.

I loved Tivoli Palazzo, for so many reasons. Being from Chicago and having traveled the world, I was anxious about my stay before I laid eyes on the property myself. Let me tell you the pictures don’t do it justice. If you like a clean cozy hotel where you are in the heart of the city but in a private street, this is the place for you. The staff was sooooo nice. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but one staff member in particular who was so amazing was Cecilia. She gave us such amazing recommendations and in general was so hospitable. Now for the rooms, we booked a standard room and it was nice. My expectations for Florence were that room size would be small. Now the room was tight but everything was what we wanted. VERY CLEAN, nice toiletries and bathrobe/slippers. The scent of the hotel was unreal, they use Aqua Flor and the entire hotel smelled like the most amazing cologne/perfume. This place was such a vibe and I would 1000% come back. Also every historical center and place to be was within 5-15 minutes walking. We also took the train to our hotel and the train station was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. To summarize my stay, I felt clean, safe and most of all Valued as a guest!

The Tivoli was an excellent choice for our two-night stay in Florence. The palace is full of history and charm, while also being stylish, modern and beautifully decorated throughout. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of options and sundowners on the roof terrace are not to be missed. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.
