「It’s a lovely property. Our room was large with attractive furnishings, and it had a huge outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had three delicious meals served in very lovely spaces. The pools looked great but it wasn’t hot enough to swim. It is a very quiet, restful environment.」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. 」

「Really beautiful grounds. Great pool. Restaurant was wonderful. Simple, clean rooms and attentive staff. Would have preferred an earlier coffee option (breakfast starts at 7:30) or in-room coffee maker, but that is the only small drawback. Great location! Highly recommended!」

「El lugar es precioso por su entorno natural, las habitaciones son limpias y básicas pero tienen lo necesario. Las personas que atienden son muy muy amables y reciben con mucho gusto. El desayuno que ofrecen es delicioso. Es ampliamente recomendable porque está cerca de la zona Puuc.」
