Important Property Notes (Please Review PRIOR to Booking)

Share Property Notice (Restricted Area & Security): Please note there is a main residence and a garage located on the property adjacent to the cabin. These structures are strictly off-limits to guests and are monitored by a 24/7 security system.

Maximum Occupancy: The cabin sleeps a maximum of seven guests.

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Events & Gatherings: No parties or large gatherings are permitted on the property. All guests must be registered on the original booking.

Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the cabin.*

Pet Policy: We love animals, but our cabin is strictly pet-free.*

Wood Stove Policy: For safety and insurance purposes, the in-unit wood stove is strictly off-limits and not available for guest use. A minimum of $500 will be assessed if the stove is used, damaged, or tampered with during your stay. For heat or cooling, please use the remote for the mini-split.

Firewood Law: Per Maine state law, no out-of-state firewood is permitted on the property to protect our local forests.
