「Sunset point camps was a perfect hidden gem for our family get together for my father’s 60th birthday! It is in a quiet cove area of the lake, where the name sunset comes to live at night. Maines natural beauty at its finest! The individual cabins made it easy for everyone to have their own space with the main cabin bringing everyone together for meals and entertainment! We are hoping to make this our new yearly tradition! 」

「House has beautiful views , plenty of beds and everything you need from glasses to pots, pans, etc. all the little touches like digital lights, fans and fireplace make it a great property. At dusk a fifteen minute tide up 17 almost guarantees moose sightings. Kids had a blast in the game room. Master bedroom with couch , loveseat and tv is the perfect parent escape at night . Would highly recommend this property 」

「We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It was ideal for a large group. Plenty of room for multiple families to have privacy and extra room for the teens to hang out! Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again.」

「I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabin was! I read the positive reviews and felt comfortable staying there but didn’t realize how spacious and homey the cabin would feel! The beds were super comfortable, having a washer and dryer in the cabin was a pleasant surprise, and the quietness of the entire resort area was fantastic. Super spread out. Renting canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards was really easy. The cabin got a little warm during the day but the three box fans were a big help.」

「What an absolutely gorgeous property. It was clean, quiet, and a perfect place to take our boys. Ruth and Dennis (Owners), along with Any and Kurt (Caretakers) helped to make our weekend getaway flawless. We left with smiles on our faces because of all the hard work and money you put into that place. Thank you. Ellis Pond is a stunning body of water surrounded by beautiful mountains. Perfect place for swimming, kayaking, canoeing (which we did). It was hard to leave this morning. Can’t wait to...

「Great house, great location. Quiet neighborhood. The main floor is basically 2 rooms with a bath. A front to back family room, plenty of space, tables to play games, do puzzles, etc. The other side is a large kitchen with a big table for any size family to eat together, play games, etc. 2 porches to relax on.」
