「Great price and clean room on the beach with a nice view」

「We had such a great trip! This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and very comfortable! The beach view from the balcony and living room was beautiful. Very easy and quick to walk to and from the beach, pool and condo. There is a bathroom in the pool area which was very convenient for bathroom breaks with our three year old while at the beach and pool. 「This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. 」

「Awesome that the owner supplied a parking pass for our stay. We were on the 12th floor ocean view. Awesome view, we rented two chairs and an umbrella for our stay; walk down with the cooler and we were set for the day. Unit was clean, bed was comfortable. Very minimal supply in the unit. We went to the store and put up some staples. Unit had everything we need cooking utensil wise. Very pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again. 」

「Wonderful place, well stocked with everything you need. Kim is beyond awesome, snack, toiletries, binoculars, even early check in.Loved seeing the dolphins playing in the morning and the sunrise and view is breathtaking. Definitely would recommend.」

「This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles.」

「Our host was very responsive. Location was very convenient. Kitchen was well equipped. We only recommend them to put a couple of trash bags, hand soaps, some small toiletries and a little bit more clean and comfortable pillows will make stay even more comfortable. We will definitely consider to come back. 」
