“The rooms were not clean as well as common areas. They do not clean the rooms but every 2 days not counting the day you check in and when they cleaned our room they didn’t do a good job. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes also a new bottle of shampoo because ours was empty. When the beds were not made after the second day I complained for the second time and was told that their green policy is that they don’t change the sheets until after 5 days. I had to put……

“Our room was very clean and well laid out to accommodate our luggage and shopping bags. We ran out of towels before Housekeeping was scheduled to come by but the front desk gladly gave us more in the meantime. I also saw hotel staff engaging with guests and that was nice to see how involved they were in everyone’s stay.”

“The staff was very helpful and the hotel was pretty clean. For being so close to the beach, the hotel didnt have that much sand inside it. It would be nice if the hotel had a hose close to the entrance to rinse the sand off before we came in from the beach. There is an outdoor shower by the swimming pool though.”
