Great family trip

The unit was much more than described. Very large rooms with more than enough room for three families. Everything was great including all of the amenities. Will definitely be back to this unit.

Spacious and clean condo

Our family enjoyed this condo, we especially liked the location on the 2nd floor so we could avoid the elevators. We also liked that all 4 bedrooms had private bathrooms. The living area and balcony were very spacious! We would stay here again.

We stayed in a few days but we’re very comfortable during our entire stay. We needed to stay some additional days and our host was very accommodating. That was really appreciated. The condo is an exceptionally nice one and we really enjoyed staying there.

It seemed we were too hot or too cold the entire stay. There are 2 units and we could not get them in sync for a consistent temperature.

We were on a girls trip and this unit was so spacious both inside and out that you would never know there were 10 adults there. Everything that you could need was provided and parking was super convenient. Did I mention gorgeous, 211 is a mix of luxury and comfort....simply perfect!!

Wonderful Spacious Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 211 is a spacious clean comfortable condo. The bedroom with the full and queen bed in it is TIGHT however for a family of four, know that going into it. (Parents and young children.) Patio furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. Two coffee pits, a regular drip pot and a mid size Keurig. The biggest drawback with this resort is, of course, the parking which sorely needs to be addressed. The new addition of the oasis bar and adult pool is wonderful with the exception that you are not allowed to bring in your own drinks in the adult pool section is selfish, after all you have already paid resort fees included with your condo. I must say, security was a little lax around the slide. Leave it to the kids to ignore ALL the rules as soon as there is no attendant. Thankfully, there were no injuries and eventually this was rectified. My contact for rental was superb and renting from Phoenix Rentals LLC was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I never felt forgotten and absolutely everything was done just as promised from deposit to final payment, access etc. Having said that, bulbs in the overhead microwave should be replaced as the black touchpad on the stove cannot be seen at night. I also politely ask that you adjust the parking for a FOUR BR condo. It should at the very least be guaranteed for 3 vehicles on property especially since outings always require a car for travel. Very little is within walking distance and a four lane highway to cross without crossings is frightening to say the least!

The balcony is amazing and great for our little grandkids to run around. Only issue was with the two competing thermostats. Either the bedrooms were really warm or an icebox. Never could figure out why.

Gorgeous accommodations, best location

Sign on front door welcomes you as you enter a luxurious unit. Very spacious with high ceilings throughout. Location was perfect – overlooking splash pad, pool and view to beach. Communication was excellent. Wholeheartedly recommend.
