This 1BR/1BA NON-SMOKING Condominium is in the Phoenix VII Complex, a family-oriented community that is a class above the others. The view from our 4th floor balcony is unbelievable. You are high enough to watch the boats, dolphins and tide come in while still hearing the ocean waves on the beach and overlooking the pool. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee from here!

Free wireless connection is available for guests all over the property including the beach. Beach chairs for rent by Alabama Beach Chairs (251-233-4000).

This luxury unit is completely furnished with many extras, a full-size washer and dryer, DVD players, Smart TVs in the bedroom and the living area.

The bedroom has an amazingly comfortable king size bed. In the living area there is a queen size chaise sleeper sofa and 2 cozy recliners. The unit has a full-size bathroom furnished with soft white towels for four and clean fresh cotton sheets on all the beds.

The totally equipped kitchen with all new appliances and EVERY possible item provided: coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster and cookware.

Phoenix VII is centrally located to all of the amenities and attractions of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The state park pier, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, golfing and family attractions are nearby.

The condo was well maintained, clean, and the perfect size for our family of three. We worried the view from a lower floor would be diminished, but it was perfect! Would highly recommend!!

Awesome place!

This was my 2nd trip to Orange Beach, first time at this condo. It was perfect for ours girl's trip. Very clean and just everything we needed. Location is close to lot's of restaurants. Owners supplied all the information we needed for our trip. Can't wait to return next year!

Really enjoyed our stay - the condo was nice, clean and well appointed. Only one issue - we left the condo one day for 2 hours and when we returned the front door was propped open with a “wet paint” sign on the wall. No one was around and thankfully nothing was missing.

Beautiful view from balcony and very close to great beach. Skimpy on paper towels and toilet paper (1 roll each). No sugar, salt/pepper, etc. Shower (in tub) needs hand rails … unsafe entry/exit.

Great condo!

This was our second stay at this unit and it was as wonderful as last year. Very clean unit and property. Very well appointed condo….we had everything we needed to cook in. Everybody who worked at or on the property was so nice. We will be back for sure!!!!

Brief family vacay softball tournament

This condo was in a perfect location with little traffic, and the perfect size for 3 people. The only thing i would love to have around was more places to walk to and have dinner at and maybe a key to open the condo instead of a keypad. I found it a little difficult at times to open the door. The hosts were extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions i had.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time to spend the month of February in Orange Beach and Phoenix VII. Check in process was quick and easy. The building facilities are very nice, two pools one inside and one outside. Hot tubs, saunas and gym. Our unit was very nicely decorated and contained all the kitchen utensils you could need. We had one little issue with water that our hosts were quick to respond to and get rectified quickly. Very enjoyable stay. See you next year.

Relaxing get a way

The lively yellow walls of the living room were welcoming to a happy home for the week! We were greeted with not only a very clean property but well stocked kitchen essentials, plenty of towels for the 2 of us, games, puzzles, books and throw blankets to use while watching a movie! We enjoyed our meals on the balcony while taking in the beautiful beach, ocean & the sound of each wave rolling in! When we return to Orange Beach, definitely staying here again!

Beautiful condo and property!

We were so impressed with everything! Our condo was clean and well appointed. The owners were prompt with answering one question we had ( no other questions needed to be asked!) The property was meticulously maintained and everyone that worked at or on the property was friendly, efficient and helpful. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this property! Mom and son trip

This place was perfect for me and my 17 year old son! He had never been to the gulf before and never stayed oceanfront. He sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the neighbors and the view the whole time. The owners of this condo are very kind and, if I had an issue or question they responded immediately. My son and I had the best time and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you Donna and Rusty!!

Great Stay

If I could give a 4.5, I would. The place was clean, but the smell of disinfectant was so strong. Plus, they had two very strong smelling plug-ins that made the smell even stronger. It always worries me that they're covering up dirt, yet the place seemed very clean. I can't figure out why they use the strong deodorizer. The condo was convenient, great view of beach, and very quiet! I would stay here again, but I would suggest reducing the strong smell and just going with the smell of clean. Sounds picky, but we unplugged the plug ins and left the balcony open to air things out a bit. Loved that they had essentials for us to use during our stay and owners were very responsive. We will likely go back for another baseball tournament and I will consider staying there again.
