Great vacation

Unit C55 at Palm Beach Resorts is perfect. The decor is beautiful. It has all the essential amenities and more. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Location is great, more private and less congested. This was our 2nd vacation there. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Really enjoyed our stay. Tony greeted us with his todo list (We were a little early arriving. ) He took care of a few minor repairs very efficiently. Our guests commented on the cleanliness so hats off to Jennifer Taylor and her crew for the gleeming deep clean. Weather was terrific. Looking forward to returning in December.

Absolutely magnificent!!!

If you're going to the beach in the winter get ready for a fantastic time! Palm Beach has two heated pools, just a few steps to the beach with great shelling and no crowds. Restaurant seating is a breeze and many offer sunset specials for the budget minded. Thank you Beachball Properties for hosting us.

Family Getaway

We loved our condo. So much space. We never felt cramped. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was awesome. Very comfortable. My daughter said she thinks this is the best condo we have ever stayed at. Besides having a tropical storm, we were still able to go to the beach and pool. Was not crowded at all. Don’t know if it was because of the storm or it being the week after Labor Day holiday week. Would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! There's plenty of space to spread out for a family of 6 and 2 toddlers. We didn't feel "on top" of each other. All the amenities listed worked wonderfully. The cookware could use an update but definitely not a deal breaker! The grounds were immaculate and kept up during our entire stay. The pool was clean, and the parking lot was litter free. The elevators are slow but again, not a deal breaker. In addition to our condo, Beachball Properties is absolutely fantastic to work with! I will absolutely rent from local only and your agency is top notch! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Already planning next trip!

Excellent condo! Loved adjustable bed. Breathtaking view with morning coffee on the balcony! Heated pool and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a great perk. All I had to do was take my towel and book and walk a few steps to the beach. Excellent service and value ! Excellent weather! Excellent food! Every restaurant seated us within minutes of arriving. Fall is great time of year at the beach. Met a lot of friendly people! Loved the family atmosphere around the pool and on the beach. Proximity to state parks provided wonderful opportunities for walks and observing wildlife. Truly a week of sartorial splendor. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Parking was easy and luggage carts plentiful.

Very hot water in unit but Great condo

My husband and I stayed the week with our 2 sons, their wives and 2 babies. We had a great week. The condo is very clean and laid out perfectly. The 3 bedrooms with their own full bathroom is amazing. The layout gives every couple their own private space. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. The only thing I must caution about is the water temperature. I am sure it is a sanitation code that must be followed and I fully understand and respect that. Anyone with small kids please be aware and help them with tub time. We are timeshare owners at this property for a one bedroom but we will definitely rent again when coming with the kids. This is a wonderful condo!

Fantastic Beach Experience

I arrived early. Tony the Beachball inspector went over the condo to make sure everything was ready for guests. He quickly adjusted the barstool rungs. Very professional and efficient. Later in the week after my family arrived we noticed one of the toilets not flushing properly. I called BB. The receptionist immediately put in a work order. Within 3minutes Dale arrived and fixed the problem. Very personable and efficient. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible ! Beachball takes care of their properties and guests! Looking forward to the next trip!

Great Stay

My family & I enjoyed our stay in C55. Excellent location and access to the beach. The accommodations & size were just right for our family. The customer support was timely. However, there were some concerns noted by the family so will note these as recommendations. Recommend the following: The condo appeared clean but didn't smell the clean. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The floors were a little sticky and didn't seem to be mopped as our socks, which were light colored, were black on the bottom after walking around. The rugs were not shampooed & seemed dirty. There was some mold on the bottom of the glass shower door in the master bedroom. The white bed cover in the main master bedroom was dirty on the edges as it was brown on the bottom.
