Boat Owners Welcome!! Bring the family, the boat, and get ready for the best vacation ever! This cozy home sits on the 3rd floor of the complex and is nestled in a gated, boating community. Bay View #6 can accommodate up to 4 persons. The Primary Bedroom hosts a King Size Bed, Large Smart TV, and a Private Bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom serves up a Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and easy access to the Main Bathroom with a stall shower. Bay View #6 provides a stack washer and dryer for your convenience. Head into the updated and fully stocked kitchen for your vacay meals, or grab some takeout and enjoy the water views from the balcony on the comfy, and heavy duty patio set. Need more sleeping space? Bay View #6 has a sister home just down stairs, #3. Put the in-laws there!! Just ask!!
The Bay View Complex sits directly on Wolf Bay with a Private Boat Launch, Private Boat Slip, Large Communal Pool, Additional Boat Slips, Fishing Pier, Pickleball Courts, Free Covered Parking, Ground Level Storage, and Boat/Trailer Parking. Take the boat and do your own Bushwacker (or favorite beverage) tour to all the great restaurants on the Bay such as: Pirates Cove, GT's On The Bay, OSO at Bear Point, Lu-Lu's Homeport, and the Wharf for AWESOME nightlife, Light Shows, Festivals, Shopping, and more!! Take the boat to hang out on Robinson Island with other boaters, or head on out to the Gulf for some of the best fishing in the world!! Or, not a boater? No problem!! The views and the fun can be experienced by all here in this centrally located home, less than 2 miles from the beach, and so close to all the shopping and fun by car!
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

Boat trailers must be parked under the home. Trailer parking area is for owners only. If you have a boat trailer, you may park additional vehicles in the general parking area of the complex. Private Boat Slip (up to 30' boat), and other amenities are free for booked guests only.
