Great stay

Overall great stay. Busy intersection to reach beach access. Public beach parking as well so it was crowded.

This place was nothing extravagant, but it was a pretty solid place. Not super updated or new, but perfect for just a place to crash after a day at the beach.

You cannot sleep in the master bedroom from all the noise that comes through the water pipes. Every time someone in the building used water, the pipes would make a squeeling noise all hours of the night. So sleep was constantly interrupted, not counting there are 4 or 5 seats missing on the sliding door in the master bedroom so I had to take my blanket I brought to hang as a blind for privacy. The blender doesn't work a n d the 2 beds in the second room are extremely noisy with movement. The TV has dots permanently on the picture.

Overall great place

The condo was clean and comfortable. The location is right across the street from the beach so we could walk there whenever we wanted to. Check in was easy. Water pressure in showers were great. Balcony view could see ocean. Pool was a little cold but very nice. Overall great stay!

Great place to stay!!

We loved this condo! We were there with our teenage son and daughter, and since the 2nd bedroom had two separate beds, they could both sleep in there, and my husband and I could sleep together in the Master bedroom. With two separate bathrooms, the teens shared one, and we had the other. We were looking at some places where I would have to sleep with our daughter, and my husband and son would sleep together, and many had only one bathroom. This condo had the most room in the price range in which we were looking. The balcony was wonderful, and we spent a lot of time out there. It's in the direct sunlight for a few hours in the morning, but it's in the shade most of the day. We loved being right across the street from the beach so we could arrive, stay, or leave whenever we wanted to without all of us having to agree. There were 3 individual boxes of laundry detergent, 3 pods for the dishwasher, and shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each of the bathrooms. There were some games in the master closet - Monopoly, Life, Cranium, and Catch Phrase - which we utilized on our game night. Check-in and check-out were straight-forward and easy. I couldn't get through on the phone to purchase our parking pass, which was frustrating, but with the coronavirus concern increasing, a lot of travelers had long wait times. I was able to send a text, and it was answered a few hours later. Everything worked out, and Ande (who lives locally) called me personally and gave me her cell phone number in case we had any other difficulties. We were EXTREMELY satisfied with this place, and we would definitely stay here again!!
