Orange Beach Vacay

Everything about our stay was excellent! We were within walking distance of Floribama Bar and Restaurant. The beach was not overcrowded and consisted mostly of families which is what we were looking for. The elevator wait time was reasonable unlike some of the properties we have stayed at previously. The only downfall was that housekeeping showed up a few minutes before the 10:00 am checkout time which had us rushing a bit. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed everything about our 4 night stay. We don’t want to leave! I’m a poor sleeper but the king bed was very comfortable. We will try to rent this unit again….but longer!

Our family loved staying the week at this beautifully decorated and stocked condo. The pictures are exactly like the room. The beds were comfortable and we will definitely stay here again.

Family time

Our family trip was wonderful! The weather was beautiful and we had a great time flying kites and playing in the waves! This condo was beautifully decorated with soft blues and white, just like a beach condo should be. It was extremely comfortable! The only thing that needs to be addressed is the balcony doors. They are very difficult to open and close! I doubt my 80 year old parents would be able to without help. Besides that it was a perfect condo! Thank you! Stephanie Barnes

TV didn't work in my bedroom

I booked through Vrbo because I was always satisfied in the past. From Vrbo the unit booked under island rentals? The unit is beautifully decorated. However, I contacted the number I was texted if I needed anything. Well, the tv didn't work in my bedroom. I contacted them every day and was not provided the code to the tv until my 5th night at the unit. I'm in my 60's and watching tv to fall asleep at night is necessary. The ice maker was broken on the refrigerator. The freezer drawer was full of liquid water when we checked in. The coffee pot was dirty and black hairs were in both showers. I have been to the phoenix 10 several times in the last few years. I'm really disappointed with island rentals customer service. If Vbro sends me to island rentals again, I won't book.

Hole in the wall in the master bath. One salad fork and one other fork in the cutlery drawer.It was obvious that the owner considered this unit a money maker and not a place that they would stay.

We stay at Phoenix X often, but we have never stayed at this condo. I’m all about the aesthetics, & this condo was decorated beautifully. I loved the details. Bathrooms are beautiful, bedrooms were comfortable, everything was light and bright. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring a few of your own pots/pans & spices. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable

Location of unit to elevator and beach access was great. Some after 12am noise from other guests was a bit annoying. Master bed and sofa was a bit uncomfortable but recliners were enjoyable. Kitchen had plenty of accessories. Fridge and freezer where sufficient. Auto ice maker didn’t work but the manual trays were enough. I’m interior was smaller than anticipated…looked roomier online. Communication with owner was awesome and onsite staff were great!

Home away from home

This was our first ‘snow bird’ winter away. I had no idea what to expect in a condo, and I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this one. I have zero complaints. It is just as lovely as the pictures on the website display. It was clean, more than enough space, great outdoor furniture, and very comfortable beds. I loved that Florabama was right next door. We plan on going again next year. On a 0-10 scale, I’d give it a 10.

The unit was wonderful. My last experience through VRBO in another unit at his this same condo was horrible. BUT this time everything was great. Unit is updated, clean.
