Air Conditioner did not work upstairs

The air conditioner did not work upstairs. The 3rd room is more like a closet and is not separate from the second bedroom. There is a sliding door that separates the 2 rooms with no privacy. Living room couch and chair needs cleaning. Condo needs a few upgrades.
