Guests can enjoy deeded beach access of its sister property (Dolphin Key) located directly across the street. Dolphin Harbor is located ½ mile from the World-Famous Flora Bama, along Ole River and across from the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama.

Dolphin Harbor unit 1-B is a luxurious, spacious, ground level condo (1600 square feet) with stunning views of Ole River, where you are almost guaranteed a dolphin sighting. This three-bedroom, three-bath unit has been meticulously maintained and professionally decorated with an elegant, coastal-contemporary design. The open living area is complete with a large sectional couch, a 65-inch HD-TV, and sliding glass doors which open to a tranquil poolside patio. Guests will enjoy fantastic views of the pool and Ole River from the patio, living area, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite counters. Other features include hardwood flooring throughout, a wet bar with a stand-alone ice maker, dining table with seating for six (plus four more at the breakfast bar), and WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed, water views, patio access, and a private bathroom. The master bathroom features double vanity, walk-in shower, jet tub, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a captain’s bed (full bed on bottom with twin bed on top) plus a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms include flat-screen TV's. Making use of the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit will comfortably sleep 10.

**Boats & boat trailers are only allowed in Dolphin Harbor parking lot IF YOU'RE AN OWNER - NON OWNERS/GUESTS: launching of your boat and parking of your trailer will have to be done off-site - NO exceptions - and no boats or boat trailers can be brought in to the property during check-in - that must be taken care of before you arrive at the Dolphin Harbor gate**

Per HOA rules, only 2 vehicles per unit are allowed on the premises. If you have a 3rd vehicle, we offer parking at our office for $50/vehicle, which is 4.5 miles from the complex.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
