Loved the condo and the location. It’s a very clean place. The pool is great and all the neighbors are very friendly. Our only issue is that the bed and couch are very uncomfortable and could not get much good sleep. Hopefully the owner will replace these items and then it would be 5 stars for us.

Some upkeep is needed!

Someone who owns/manages this rental should stay here for a few days. They could develop a list of cleanup/fixs that are needed. I would work on the place, if I owned it. Otherwise, it is a nice place. Palm Beach has done some good work on the property.

Palm Beach 23A

We have stayed at Palm Beach in the past and have enjoyed it. The only complaint is I wish they would work on getting a better gym onsite. They list this property as having a gym but it’s never in good working condition- and is VERY tiny. Bed was comfortable but it sounds as if you are on an air mattress. Very loud for some reason when moving.

Short Beach Getaway

We have previously stayed at this property; therefore, there were no surprises with regards to the property. The property contact is very responsive but provided us with incorrect information regarding parking, which put quite a damper on our first night. We initially contacted Palm Beach, who referred us to Liquid Life. Both stated they had no control; this is interesting because both are listed as points of contact should you have any questions or concerns. The only resolution they offered us, even after they were provided with screenshots of my communication with the property contact, was to give us a list of overflow parking options in the area, which were not on property or even viable. They were not viable as they required us to move the additional vehicle multiple times due to time restrictions. They offered their apologies but nothing more, except to refer me to the arrival instructions. When I pointed out that I had no way of knowing what the property contact told me was incorrect or that the information provided by him was secondary, no response was given. They did however want us to extend our stay. Due to this miscommunication and lack of effort to make amends, we will never stay at this property again.

Weekend fun

A great place to stay for a weekend or week getaway. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Definitely would recommend it and would love to rent again.

Overall good

Shower was backwards meaning cold was hot and hot was cold. Reported it and fixed immediately. Our fridge and freezer never really worked. Put popsicles in freezer on day 1. Day 4….. still not frozen. Overall the stay was great. Clean facility. Constant workers cleaning up and planting flowers. Family friendly for sure. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

Mice and we weren't at Disney

The location is great, right on the beach. However, two new Phoenix high rises are being built next door and it is about to get busy and currently construction noise and dirt are everywhere. The Palm Beach is dated. Seems as if they are attempting updates, with constant noise and lifts and trucks, but it will need a lot of help. Mice ate part of most of our groceries in the pantry. The Liquid Life people did not seem all that concerned, they sent out a exterminator the next day, who sat out some sticky pads, and indeed caught a big one. When I asked about moving to somewhere that might not have rodents running through the unit, they did not seem to even entertain the idea. No consideration to refund us any money for groceries that the rodents ate... Look elsewhere!

30 Anniversary

Lovely condo with nice decor and easy access to beach. Bed super comfy! Shower is huge with good water pressure! Condo was nicely laid out. Only a couple of hiccups but management worked it quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

The location has a high rise being built next to our room entrance. The Teflon skillets didn't have Teflon left. Phone service was not goodincondo. Mattress was not so good. We love the facility over all. NOT that room.

Misrepresented

The photos on line and where we stayed were not the same. Condo was dirty, the bedding was awful and could hardly sit on any of the furniture for sinking. We asked for a refund and were told no. They even hung up on us. Palm Beach as a whole was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Will go back but not thru liquid Life and will verify the condo.

Coronacation

This was a nice little place for my family of 4 to stay for a nice week away. This was not the vacation we had planned but thanks to Corona we were not able to do what we originally wanted to do but this was a great place to come and relax. Very short walk to the beach and two pools. The room was very clean and decorated nicely.

My experience

The place did not look like the pictures. Floors dirty, terrible mattress. We had to buy pans because the one provided was terrible. We find plates, knifes, forks and plates.. that’s all. Dishwasher had the handle broken and cause us cuts in our hands. Location is good .

Cute, Comfy, Construction

Please be aware there is major construction occurring just out the front door. We experienced hours of loud pilings being rammed 65-80 feet deep in the ground. The noise was overwhelming and literally shook the building. We were trying to escape construction at home, so we were understandably frustrated. We had to actually leave the vicinity one day. Saturday morning had them starting again at 9am. That said... This unit is well appointed, beautifully decorated and in a great location close to the state park between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The size was perfect for just the two of us but is smaller than it appears in the pictures. The kitchen could use a bowl or two but had everything else we needed to make meals. As noted in other reviews, the bed is NOISY and a complete marshmallow. It should go. The foam topper doesn’t fix the sag. Everything else was very clean and well kept. There was and issue with the master toilet before we arrived and it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We would stay here again- after construction is complete. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises and dolfins off the beach.

Great weekend getaway

We were pleased with the location of this condo. We were able to find a spot on the beach which was not crowded at all. We only had a very short walk from the condo to the beach. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the king size bed is still creaky. It is fairly comfortable, though. We would stay here again.

Awesome.

It was great. Only problem, bed needs replaacing, sinks in about 4 inches and very noisy just climbing in bed. Well equiped, clean, very convenient to Walmart, very private beach, pool clean, plenty of seating with tables. Condo well furnished. Awesome trip.
