Phoenix West - LOW FLOOR 3 Bedroom

Lovingly decorated in rich wood tones, this Gulf-front condo is designed to feel like home. Warm and inviting, the spacious open living room is perfect for gathering with lots of comfy seating options, including a sofa, armchairs, and a plush chaise lounge. Queue up a movie or favorite show on the large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and relax after busy beach days.

When you’ve worked up an appetite, head to the fully equipped kitchen for a bite to eat. Light, bright, and open with white cabinetry, white appliances, and Corian countertops, you won’t even mind cooking. Plus three high-backed stools at the breakfast bar allow the crew to keep you company. There is also a matching wet bar with an ice maker, the perfect drink and snack station. Around the corner, there’s seating for six at the luxe dining table, where Gulf views elevate the experience.

When you need some time to yourself, this home has three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms, each with crisp white linens, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The primary suite and second bedroom each have a luxurious King bed, while the third bedroom has two Queens, an ideal layout for families. With a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a fourth full bathroom, this home easily sleeps up to ten guests.
Outside, your private Gulf-front balcony awaits. Not only do you have beautiful Gulf views, but also a great view of the pool from your second-floor balcony, so you can keep an eye on the family without even leaving your condo.

Watch the palm trees sway and the family float around the lazy river as you enjoy your morning coffee or lounge on a chaise. There’s plenty of seating for everyone, including an outdoor table for four. You’re going to love it here!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Hvac

Unit was not very cool. Needed more bedding. Kurig coffee pot. No I’ve machine. Limited kitchen rags and towels. Limited soap shampoo. Vacuum not working. No dimmer switches on lights. Biggest issue no wifi. Location and view was great. Unit was clean. But Enjoyed stay. Thank you. Ice machine on level one was lifesaver. Staff was great. Parking great.
