Great family vacation spot

We had a great time. Communication with the hosts was easy and everything was very easy. The property is dated and needs a few updates/refreshes but overall it was as advertised and did the trick for our family. The view and beach access was so great!

Family vacation

We had a great time here. It was nice to be able to just walk out to the beach and it wasn’t too crowded and having the pool there was great too. Great convenient location with lots of stuff nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice location. Worn out furniture

This 2-week stay would have been darn near perfect if it weren’t for the Living room and dining room furniture. The couch and recliner were so wornOut that they were simply uncomfortable. The dining room chairs were “lose” and felt flimsy.The living room ceiling fan was insecure and we did not use it for that reason.Both bathroom fluorescentLight fixture need to be replaced as they needed to be “coaxed” to turn on after the switch was activated.We may very well stay in this building again. But not in this unit.

Updates

Property was clean but owner needs to replace all vanity and shower fixtures. Hot water will burn ya. Needing scold proof fixtures. Fridge took quite awhile to cool but not cold enough.

All you need

We were completely comfortable here with all we need. I loved that it was a smaller property. Didn't have to wait for carts or the elevator. Always had a parking spot. It was always very clean on the gounds and pool. The unit isn't glamorous. It could use some updating, but it doesn't affect the stay at all. It was clean and spacious. The bed is very firm, and the internet would come in and out, which was a bit frustrating since I was there for 2 weeks trying to get work done. Zooms did not work well I think it might have been related to construction going on? It wouldn't prevent me from staying again. I just had to use a hot spot a lot. I was glad to have an ice maker in the freezer. The shower pressure in the master was nice. At most places it is zero.
