Great location, short walking distance to the Waffle House and FloraBama and many other places.

We were there for the Annual Mullet Toss, had a great time with a lot of good people. Worth going to and participating in.

Relaxing time

Enjoyed the condo, perfect for an elderly couple (although we don't think of ourselves that way). My wife walked the beach daily, I read. Just relaxing to be away from daily life for a few day. We would come again.

Exactly as advertised

Place was wonderful with 1 exception Toilet is small and needs larger one installed. Water drained continuously from tank to bowl causing the tank to run often. While that itself did not bother us, no doubt it is raising owners water bill. Lovely place, lovely view..... and oh yeah one last small thing. The ice maker leaks water into the ice cube holder making 1 large chunk of ice...

check in was pretty good, it was cold going from room to lower floor to swimming pool and going to car- but it was in November lol. Carpet had a few stains but everything else was clean. Had plenty of kitchen Utensils and cook ware.

lovely cap off following a 50th high school reunion. Some work being done on the property - repairs to pool area and exterior cleaning but those did not interfere with a good vacation. Your maintenance crew handled two minor issues rapidly and were very nice.

Property was okay. Unit was older and in need of updates. Issues were only that building maintenance took place 800 am for 3 days. Very loud early am in the u nit. Ruined 3 mornings. No notice.

2nd time rental

This is the second time we have rented this condo. Is very well stocked with items set or necessary or a luxury. The view is amazing, we love the top floors. The remodel of the pool is very pretty. Great location, quiet end of Orange Beach but close enough to everything. The only negative is the carpeting. It was the same way two years ago, very dirty. Numerous other reviews have mentioned it. Probably the number one reason we would not re-rent it.

The drawers in the bedroom and bathroom were dirty. The clothes dryer did not work properly. After trying to dry through three cycles we had to hang clothes around room to finish drying. There was no extra blanket for the bed.

This property was shabby and unclean. We had family staying in three other units on the property and they were lovely. This property had carpet and furniture that was stained and unclean. The fridge was dirty. We had to put sheets on top of the furniture in order to sit here. I contacted the management and they said they would call me back or find another unit. They never called me back.
