Condo was exactly as pictured in the ad. Clean space. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Will definitely be going back again.

We enjoyed our stay and we’re very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. Our room had a great view and the environment was definitely kid friendly. We would’ve given 5 stars, but the mattress was too firm. Would highly recommend and we will be returning for future vacations.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The televisions need to be uodated. They want accomodate Apps. The floors /bath need a thorough cleanig in bathroom.

Overall good-fair

The first night, the bed frame cracked after I was in bed for 5 minutes (I weigh 125#). We slept on the sofa bed to prevent further damage to the bed, which was actually pretty comfy. I took pictures of the bed and sent it to the text thread with Beach Getaways. They were very quick to respond and the bed was repaired the following day. The TV was a little complicated to work, but the AC worked very well (it was freezing 😂) We always stay at the Phoenix complexes due to the great locations. Overall, the unit could use some updates but not bad spot for a quick weekend getaway.

Ocean front location, near restaurants and shopping. Condo spotlessly clean, updated/ upgraded, enjoyed very nice balcony furniture and comfy bed. Condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Considering we have been to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores almost every year for the last 30+ years, this was our first time to stay in a Phoenix complex. Great time. Very relaxing trip to the beach!

Loving this place!

Everything stated on website was accurate. Furnishings are perfect for a beach stay. We enjoyed having a broom and vacuum for the extra sand we accumulated. Will definitely book again!!

We will definitely be staying at this condo again. We loved the view and the location in Orange Beach. The condo was very clean and perfect for our family. We were happy to add an extra day last minute!

Everything was fantastic!

This was exactly what we wanted. The condo was clean,the bed was comfortable,and the beach view was awesome. The only thing was the shower drained really slow. But we would definitely rent again.

Can't say enough about this gorgeous condo

Perfect location for a morning stroll down the beach, eating breakfast on the balcony, or just relaxing after a day spent on the beach. The condo building had many elevators so you really don't have to wait for one very long. The condo was very clean and in great condition. Kitchen included all necessary cooking, cleaning, and storing necessities. Talk about a great condo to relax and enjoy some time together. Perfect!!!! Oh, great location close to a variety of very good restaurants as well. Be prepared to park your car with a lot of other cars, but you do get a security guard at the gate. :) Definitely would stay here again.

Great view

Older building could use some upgrades. Some cosmetic damage to the unit itself. Bed is super hard and uncomfortable. Great view, adequately stocked kitchen. Dishwasher leaks called and reported to maintenance and no one ever showed up or called me back. Other appliances seem fine.

Bath towels and bed pillows

The bath towels were threadbare and hardly even absorbed water - very cheap!! And the pillows on the bed were awful - thank goodness my husband and I always bring our own bed pillows to hotels/condos after many awful experiences and we brought ours to this condo. Also, the TV in the bedroom did not receive a signal. My husband hooked up our laptop in the front room to stream our Amazon/Netflix accounts, so the front TV worked well, We tried resetting the box in the bedroom, swtiching the HDMI cable from #1 to #2, and nothing worked at all. The drain in the main bathroom sink does not close at all.
