Welcome to The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II! As you step foot into what just might be the perfect vacation spot, the expansive ocean view pours in through massive floor-to-ceiling windows. This fresh, updated, soothing and spacious condo is just waiting to host a week of your family’s precious memories! Located on the 9th floor (not too high, but still with incredible views) with parking on your same level (avoid the elevators and beat the crowd with unloading and groceries!), this professionally designed condo is excellent for a large family, several families, or a large group! This 1958 sq. ft, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo easily accommodates 10 guests. In the morning, your little ones can have their breakfast by the sea at a special table just for them. Follow breakfast with a walk on the beach that is practically right outside your door. That afternoon, relax by the pool as your kids spend hours going down the beach front water slide! For adults and kids alike, floating around the lazy river with a refreshing drink in your hand is hard to beat. As the evening approaches, see the sky change colors over the ocean as your family gathers around the dinner table. That evening, lounge on your generous balcony enjoying the magnificent view and ocean breeze. If it happens to rain, or even be a bit cool one day, enjoy the heated indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, large workout facility, and more!

Unit Amenities:

-All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a King bed, and Bedroom 3 has two Queen beds. The living room sofa has a pull-out Queen bed. The 4th full bath is in the hall off the living room, which also has the washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a large flat-screen TV.

-Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crockpot, blender, plus an assortment of cooking tools, cookware and bakeware. The coffee pot brews both K-cups and regular coffee. A variety of dishes are provided, including non-breakable cups and dishes for your Littles.

-Wet Bar with granite countertops and a separate ice maker (great for filling up the cooler!)

-Dining area seats six adults at the main table, plus two at the kid’s table (easy to move from the window so everyone can eat together!).

-Kitchen bar area seats three more

-Wi-Fi & Cable TV

-All bedding is washed and sanitized after every visit. Cleaned blankets are in the closets if needed.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
