Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Turquoise Place is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. The condo itself was spacious, modern and nicely decorated with a huge balcony that had a nice grill and hot tub. 3 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths with a very large living area was plenty of room for our family of 11. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No Chest of drawers in the Master Bedroom.TV in living room is way too small for the room.The faucet for the Master Shower is extremely hard to turn on.Not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang anything.Access door on HVAC room is not louvered so you have to leave the door open all the time.Brandy Smith at Phoenix Rentals was fantastic! She responded to all inquiries immediatley.
