winter getaway

the location is good as it is located within easy access to orange beach and gulf shores. the appliances all work but are old and noisy. the price is good.

Great stay in Orange Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed five nights and were extremely happy with the rental. The location was convenient to everything, but not stuck in the middle of a bunch traffic. Beach access is right across the street, although you must be careful since there is no crosswalk nearby and the road is quite busy. We enjoyed having the river frontage as well. We saw dolphins one day. The facilities were well kept and nothing was lacking in the kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. We did have an issue with the parking pass not been in the unit on arrival, but the management company got it straightened out the next day and it was delivered. We would definitely stay again and bring our boat next time.

great location

Loved views on Gulf and the canal. Beach access across the street were closed due to birds nesting. We had to use the construction site to access the beach. They are building a huge beach house across the street and appears to be digging to build something else. These will limit the access and views. There are also people monitoring the nesting birds and will threaten to call the sheriff you if they see you cutting through.

Love this place

Very nice place. It’s just as advertised. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The views from the porch are so relaxing. Being able to see the Gulf and the river is unique. Close to many restaurants is a plus.

Great Stay!

Very clean and updated condo. A quick walk across the street to the beach. Since there is not a large hotel in between, the beach was not crowded at all in this area. The balcony has both river and ocean views!!!!

Beautiful condo!

Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Extremely CLEAN and updated with high end furnishings. We visit Orange Beach several times a year but this is the first time we have been off season. We found the location convenient to some of the best restaurants and bars with live entertainment as well as easy access to the beach across the street. Good communication with host. We will definitely come back again!!

Perfect last minute booking

My wife and I popped down for a last minute trip and found this property. The inside is beautiful and totally updated to new construction standards. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and balcony has nice furniture. The outside is dated and the stairs need some love. The pool was nice and well maintained. The beach across the street was empty because there is no property directly on the beach. We walked to Florabama for lunch. The coffee maker was broken and Vacassa never called us back. Had to go to Starbucks for coffee.

Motorcycle Stay

This condo was perfect for two couples traveling through on motorcycles. The interior decorations were beautiful, along with the view from the back deck. Only upgrade it needs is a set of beach towels since we don't travel with any towels on a motorcycle.

Reviewer Comments: Room was great although being with 6 people and only 1 parking space was not ideal considering we need the car seat for the child and not everyone could fit into the car..this rule needs revised. I would advise not staying with anymore than 3-4 people, the code to the door stopped working after 2 days and nobody ever got with us so we had to use the key all week.
