Welcome to your coastal oasis! Nestled on the second floor, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Interior: As you enter, you’ll be greeted by tile floors that stretch gracefully throughout the condo, creating a cool and inviting atmosphere. Soft carpeting in the bedrooms adds a touch of warmth and coziness.

The living area is adorned with coastal hues, evoking a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Ample comfortable furnishings invite you to unwind, including a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.

Retreat to one of the three bedrooms each offering its own cozy sanctuary for rest and relaxation after a day of coastal adventures.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals. With a dining area that seats six and bar seating for three, there’s plenty of space for everyone to come together and enjoy a memorable meal.

It needs a little update!

We love staying in this condo, but it can use a little update and deep cleaning! The lights in the laundry doesn’t work, the lights outside the balcony either, the lamp lights are burned on the living as well. Overall, its was an ok experience.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo at Phoenix V. The layout was great and it was really nice to have a third bathroom. Definitely could use some updates, but overall a good location and value.

I was very impressed. The condo was nice and very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix V. The staff were very friendly and the property was very clean and maintained. Our condo was very spacious and close to the elevators which was very convenient for us. We also enjoyed the large beachfront balcony where we would drink our coffee and eat our meals with our breathtaking view of the ocean. Our overall experience was amazing and we will be back! Thank you for having us!!

Amazing Accommodations!

Very spacious condo. Having three bathrooms was amazing! Huge balcony!!!! Very clean and well kept. There were some basic kitchen items missing, such as oven mitts. However, overall experience was exceptional. We will be looking to book this same condo again on future visits.
