The best part about this Holiday Inn express was the staff themselves! They were approachable, professional, kind, and to please! The breakfast, every morning or well stocked and beautifully presented, and delicious. Overall, the hotel was clean and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, whatever deodorizer they used was a little heavy with regards to the odor it left. Sometimes I was finding it hard to sleep at night because the odor was so heavy. Other than a few minor repairs needed, the hotel was very clean and well manicured. I would absolutely stay there again, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a really nice hotel!

Nice facility
Everything was very nice. The main challenge we had was that the toilet was so low to the floor that it was difficult for the three of us who are senior citizens. We are in our 70’s and 80’s.

Super clean and great place to stay
Was very impressed location was very clean smelled very nice and our rooms were super clean as well. I have never seen tv remotes inside plastic showing they had been cleaned. The front desk person was so nice as well. Breakfast was very good and lots of choices. We Would definitely stay here again.

The property was fine until This morning we were told check out was at noon and because we were members had til 2 at 8am the housekeeper started banging on the door by 10 there was banging and slamming out in front of our door finally at 1030 I could not take it any more so I got up and looked out they had sectioned off about 4 rooms to the left and 4 rooms to the the right with curtains and had ripped up the carpet and was busting up the concrete I front of our room and that entire area Now you know someone knew the night before where they were going to be doing the work and nothing was said to us at 1am when we came in I got quarters and laundry detergent and did the laundry til 0300 no note Or they could have asked us to Move the place was no where near sold out with approximately 10 vehicles if that in the parking area I feel it was pretty rude and ignorant at any point they could pull up and see the rooms to where they were working was occupied Also those rooms should have never been booked knowing possibly work would need to be preformed just poor customer service not counting the dust

We were there for a baseball tourney. The hotel was better than anything else I saw in that area. Service was great, hotel was decent but that part of Texas is just another world.

Very quiet property which was nice. The staff were nice and professional. The cleanliness of the room, on the other hand, was disappointing and concerning. The shower head had a green mold growing on it and needed some serious CLR. The bathroom door was dirty. There was old soda spilled on the shelf that holds the suitcase. It was a one night stay, but if it was a stay for a couple of days, it probably would have sufficed to ask for another room. The property was pretty. There was mold on the ceiling too.

This was by far the worst stay at any Holiday Inn property or any other for that matter. My arrival should have been clue when I was asked to sign a form agreeing to an additional fee for clean up after any big party. I was in Orange for a passing of a loved one, NOT to party. Once in the room, directly next to the work-out gym and window facing the pool, second clue, I found the top decorative cover had blacken heel marks at the foot of the bed and noticeable disgusting spotted stains. The rest of the room was clean BUT very sparse. I went to the front desk and advised the employee about the dirty cover. She handed me a clean cover and said to just put the dirty on in the hall. Clue number three. I should have left the property at this time but I had a viewing to get to after traveling all day. My first night , Thursday was quiet that I recall I was so emotionally drained I feel i slept pretty good and the property was quiet. Friday night the parties started at the pool. Loud at times but i was so tired i was able to over come the partying. Saturday, the partying stared during the with a large group grilling in the parking lot. I was in and out visiting during the day BUT while I was at the property, There was children running the hals and using the gym as a play room. Directly over me was people stooping and running back and forth. I was in for the evening but 5:00 and the party was in full swing at the pool, children screaming, run-in through the halls and
