Perfect base
Very comfortable cottage with everything needed for our weekend stay. Huge yard, bonus outdoor cabana. Simon is very prompt with communication & provided easy self check in details. Well stocked kitchen with welcome cheese & dip. No hesitation in recommending Oodles on Anson.

Oodles On Anson
Oodles was a great place to stay, sparkling clean and comfortable. The welcome treats (chocolates, cheese, crackers, chips) are a nice touch. The house was warm when we arrived with the ducted heating already turned on and some music playing. Overall a good place to stay and dealing with Simon was easy.

Great place to stay and experience Orange
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oodles. Simon and Kate are great hosts. Their communication is great and the home is well appointed and very clean. The additions of cheese and dip and chocolates made us feel at home immediately. The house is central to all that Orange has to offer with a short walk to the centre of town for great pubs, cafes and shopping . The wineries are a short drive away and have stunning views of Orange and surrounds . We highly recommend this property .

Very enjoyable stay
This property was very clean and beautifully renovated/decorated. Simon was a fantastic host who promptly responded to my correspondence. Great place
We stayed here as a family, 2 adults and 3 kids. Place was super clean/tidy, recently renovated and had everything you need. Central heating worked really well. Simon was very easy to deal with. The back yard was huge, lots of space for the kids to play. My only small comment is that there was a bit of traffic noise at night, it's not a super busy road and it gets quieter at night, but the bedrooms are at the front of the house near the road, so we could definitely hear a bit of noise. But overall, this was a great house. Highly recommend.

A great location & an impressive property
The house was spotless & all essential items for a stay away from home were provided, such as tea,coffee,milk,alfoil,gladwrap,manchester, etc. Very thoughtful. The house is situated about a 15minute walk to town centre. Well situated for cafes, restaurants etc. would definetely stay here again.

A beautiful house. Lots of space and the beds were so comfortable.

Autumn in Orange
We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Oodles. Facilities were good, the beds and linen very comfortable and access to town facilities were great - could walk to restaurants and movies when it rained. This is the best time of year to visit Orange!

Fantastic place to stay.

Simon& Kate - Oodles on Anson is the best place we have stayed in - the house very spacious and homely - beds very comfy - air cond and fans awesome addition in each room - the wine and snacks on arrival along with music and the place was cool inside was very welcome - recommend this as a place to stay when on holiday in Orange - we will be back!! Home away from home.
This was such a welcoming home, from the moment we walked in. The lamps and fans were on and the place was spotless. The beds were so comfortable with lovely linen. It was beautifully decorated and the extras like the cheese and wine that was left for us was so thoughtful and appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property.

Oodles on Anson was a perfect location. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted in town. The property itself was extremely well presented & very clean. Everything we needed on our arrival was supplied by the owner, so we were able to relax after a long drive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property

Fabulous & Functional
Oodles is beautifully appointed with lovely linen & furnishings. The extra touches of a fruit bowl, wine, cheese & biscuits plus an extensive selection of pantry staples coupled with great air-con that had the house a comfortable temperature when we arrived late after an 11hr drive made for a terrific first impression. Over the days we stayed the house proved itself to be a brilliant location with everything we needed & lots of special extras. The frog water feature & the outdoor setting were really appreciated as a spot to relax & rejuvenate. The hot water system was terrific as was the dish washer & all the crockery & glassware. We were extremely impressed & would highly recommend this house.

"Oodles" of fun in Orange
This property is centrally located with an easy walk into town. The owners welcomed us with the personal touches and tasty delights that were greatly appreciated. Best Dog-Friendly Stay in Orange!
Oodles on Anson is the perfect location for a dog-friendly stay in Orange. The house is well-equipped, very clean and in a great location (easy walk into town). We stayed with two other couples, the bedrooms were large, the 3 king beds were very comfortable (usually one couple is forced into twin or bunk beds when we stay elsewhere!) We will be back!

Beautifully renovated
This was a great property, beautifully renovated with some charm left too. Beds were comfy, towels and linen great. Loved all the goodies and staples left in the feidge and pantry. Aircon was super efficient, even had to turn it off as we were too hot! Would definitely stay again.
