Front desk very helpful, convenient store for groceries, breakfast was ok not the best. I would prefer closer to the center, palm beach.Eagle beach It’s a quiet area and a few restaurants near by . The beach and sand were beautiful. The staff @ the beach very nice and helpful but to get first or second rows sun beds got to wake up @ 6-7 a clock Overall no complaints for the resort just not good location for my liking.

The main reason WHY i didnt like the place was for the staff. Everytime I reached out to the front desk , they were nasty, rude and disrespectful. the bed cover had a blood stain on it, not blankets, incomplete dinnerware settings. I asked for a fresh bed linnens to change the bed myself & Luciana is what she said was her name was TOTALLY NASTY with her answers.

This was our 1st time to Aruba, staying at the Eagle Aruba Resort made us our 1st time Amazing. The food was Mediocre, the Shower did leak at night but other than that I was still Satisfied Overall! I highly recommend you visit this Hotel! The Woman who cleaned our room was so nice and did an Amazing job with cleaning our room Everyday! Thank you Lona or Yona. I’m Sorry I can’t remember her name!

We absolutely loved our room and used the kitchenette daily which provided all the essential items needed to cook. Property is within walking distance of Eagle beach and we made use of the palapas and lounge chairs. Service staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. We plan on staying again when we return to Aruba.
