The Bella Vista Penthouse Two-bedroom condo offers mesmerizing views of one of Aruba's best beaches, Eagle Beach. The living room opens to a balcony with amazing views and includes a 3-seat (queen-size) sofa bed, a TV, and two armchairs. It also features a fully equipped kitchen and a 6-seat dining table, with a staircase to the rooftop next to the kitchen. Additionally, there is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, single-size bed chair, desk with chair, built-in closet, and access to another balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom has a king-size bed , TV, and built-in closet. The unit includes two bathrooms with showers.
