「Sits on a beautiful stretch of a beach but the hotel is extremely outdated and the rooms are small with tiny balconies. Cracked tiles, skinks and furniture. Dining is limited and not the best. Limited water sports and not much to do for kids. Staff is very nice and helpful.」

「We loved Manchebo Beach and cannot wait to come back! We are very happy we did not do the all inclusive option. Though we enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the resort, we did find the dinners lacking. There are much better options on the island. Directly on the beach, staff was wonderful, it was an amazing vacation.」

「This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still...

「This was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed. It was clean, the food was amazing and the staff was really nice. The bartenders Jobathan and Koy were the best. They made our drinks just how we liked them and it felt like we'd known them for a while. They made a huge impact. I will go back just for the bartenders.」

「We loved the Surf Club! It was perfect for our family of 5 and first vacation with our grandson. Lots of places to eat around the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful.The reason for 4 star was 1) the process to get pool chairs and swim in pools was ridiculous and 2) I didn’t realize we had 3rd floor so beach front view was more of the trees and not the ocean!」
