「The hotel was simply excellent. The facilities, the service, the rooms, the staff were lovely. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area and on a very popular beach. Everything was really convenient. The only thing I missed was that the hotel doesn't have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel isn't really far from the airport, so it's a shame we had to take a taxi that cost us a lot of money. I think for the amount of money we pay for the hotel, it makes sense to have transfers.」

「We just returned from the most incredible stay and cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. From the moment we arrived, Andrew welcomed us with the biggest smile and set the tone for an unforgettable trip. 「Wonderful hotel right on the beach! Pool and hot tubs were spotless, swim up bar was perfect- especially loved the soft sandy beach. Room had all the amenities including washer dryer combo (took 5 hours for a load but did the job). We enjoyed the kitchen as well - beautiful views- definately recommend!!」

「We loved the Surf Club! It was perfect for our family of 5 and first vacation with our grandson. Lots of places to eat around the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful.The reason for 4 star was 1) the process to get pool chairs and swim in pools was ridiculous and 2) I didn’t realize we had 3rd floor so beach front view was more of the trees and not the ocean!」
