The holiday home is divided into two levels and an annexe on the third level which can be accessed through a flight of stairs from outside. On the ground floor, there is the main living room overlooking the outdoors through its enormous windows. Under the exposed beam ceiling, the room with charming interiors has a dedicated sitting area, an ambient fireplace, an SAT TV, and a stylish dining area. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker, an electric kettle and a fridge. There is a sitting room with a relaxation zone upstairs too.

Extra charges and information
If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate has to be paid on the spot at €1.2/mc. For guests with pets, an extra charge of €50/stay is also to be paid on the spot. Electricity has to be paid on spot 0.35 euros per KW.
A Refundable Security Deposit of €300 needs to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
A tourist tax of € 1/person/day for up to 7 days is to be paid at the property. Guests up to 14 years are exempt.
The check-in time is from 4 pm-8 pm and the check-out time is from 8 am-10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.
Location
The villa is located at the enchanting Ansedonia promontory on one of the most impressive parts of the Tuscan coast. The views from here are ethereal. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with other villas in the vicinity.
Only 300 meters from the holiday retreat, guests can reach the sea (rocks) through a pedestrian route. The sandy beach is about 1.6 kilometers away. There are food shops and restaurants at about 700 meters from here. Guests can also drive to the tennis club (1.8 km), Orbetello for shopping (8 km), Porto Ercole (15 km), Porto S. Stefano (20 km), Talamone (28km), Tarquinia (48km), Terme di Saturnia (50 km) Pitigliano (55km) and Rome (130 km). The nearest airport is Leonardo da Vinci International Airport which is about 129 kilometers away.
If necessary, GAS for heating between April 15th to November 1st, have to be paid on the spot basing on consumption.
