「We were very surprised at the poor quality of The Country Inn by Radisson. We normally stay at Hampton Inns and expected the Radisson to be similar. It was not. NO in-room charging outlets, the pillows were as flat as pancakes and the pillow covers looked like they had been rolled into a ball before dressing the pillows. No mirror over the desk/table for doing hair and makup, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. We won’t return to this hotel.」

「Main guest restroom in the lobby area had no paper towels, and no soap. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they acknowledged that they knew about it and couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have access to the cabinet that stores the soap and paper towels.
