"When we visit our daughter in Palm Bay, we often need to stay nearby because she has a large family. Comfort Suites in Palm Bay was terrific! Scarlet was the front desk manager and she was incredibly helpful. The first night, our room faced the highway, and the road noise made it hard to sleep. When we told Scarlet she immediately found us an ideal room facing away from the road and the rest of our trip was fantastic. Whether we needed change, extra towels or information about local places, Scarlet was a gem who helped us with a big smile, making us feel so welcome. We'll be back!"

"Beach view awesome, clean room, staff great. Only complaint is that staff did not separate garbage from recyclables. There was a bottle and can recycling bin just outside the front desk, but housekeepers didnt separate bottles and cans from trash and threw everything into the trash. Humans/staffneed to be trained to be more environmentally conscious."

"The room was excellent, view amazing. Staff was awesome, very friendly and knowledgable on pet friendly things in the area. It can be difficult traveling alone with a pet, and they made it easy, staying here was a pleasure and I can’t wait to return."
