Our beach front room on 3rd floor was great. Just windows and no balcony, but the price was right at under $200. The room we were in was halfway rundown, mold in caulking of bathtub and bathroom floor, but the carpets seem relatively new. The furniture is dated, big time, and there is a odd fireplace in the wall that seemed weirdly placed.
With that said, the mattress was very good and for me that is huge! The bedding and linens were white and relatively new, another win. I hope they give the rooms a new coat of paint and upgrade the bathrooms or at least the details because we would definitely stay again.
