The resort is very comfortable, all the staff are excellent and go “above and beyond” to make sure you have an enjoyable vacation. We had a very relaxing 10 day beach holiday and will visit again

Need better toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner, 1 bar of soap for the week and poor hair dryer. Other than that property is clean and well maintained. Beach is about 10p ft from your room. Breakfast was good every morning and the staff was very accommodating. Loved the property res ue dogs. Overall great place just bring your own toiletries and hair dryer.

Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful room including a small kitchen and lovely balcony with stunning ocean views. Excellent breakfast and beautiful lit path to a village with great restaurants.

Yes the pool was very enjoyable because the ocean and beach area was extremely windy. The beach was covered with seaweed nothing they can help. The bar was great and the staff at KKO very nice. The rooms were very nicely arranged and loved the style. Very peaceful place. Loved the fact they had a large water bottle cooling in the small fridge. Loved the restaurants in the village.

This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year.

The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here.
