The location was perfect; the patio faced the beautiful Orient Bay Beach and we could watch the kite and wind surfers while enjoying a meal or drink. Restaurants and grocery were very nearby. Sarah was very patient with us, as we had difficulty finding the property without knowledge of the island and GPS, but we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in St. Martin. Highly recommend!"

House is beautiful and well planned with the 4 master bedroom suites. Location is really great with Orient Beach just down the street. There are lots of amazing restaurants for such a small village. Our housekeeper Luvie was a real prize, taking great care of us and the home. We'll miss her!"

"Just spent one week in this amazing property. The accommodations were wonderful. Walking distance to the village which has everything you need including a market and incredible restaurants. We had 6 adults and enjoyed plenty of space. The pool was great in the afternoon after walking back from the beach which is steps away. The property manager was amazing and gave great recommendations for dining , activities and a driver. This vacation home is truly paradise!"

"As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. "We had a great time staying here. Some of the dishes, utensils and cookware could use updating, but all was functional. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos. Very good location being close to grocery and restaurants. A rental car is needed if you plan on going anywhere. The roads everywhere are narrow and there is no sidewalks. The views were spectacular."

"This house was everything we could have asked for and more. "The location of this beautiful villa is perfect. Close to the beach and the restaurants in the village. All the utensils for cooking were there however we chose to enjoy the many incredible restaurants and beach bars. Anna was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed.
