Residence et piscine, très bien. Ménage a ameliorer (immonde sous le canapé). Gerante non disponible en cas de problème. La porte s'est refermé avec les clés à l'intérieure et une pizza au four mais la gérante n'a pas voulu nous ouvrir car "c'était samedi soir" selon ses mots. Nous avons donc dû appeler un serrurier, 150 euros... pour d'autres raisons nous aurions compris mais juste parce que c'était samedi et qu'elle avait la flemme... ce n'est pas très sympathique.

Excelente relación calidad-precio. El apartamento está super bien, todo funciona perfectamente y estaba muy limpio. Lo único levemente negativo es que no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, sino ventilador de techo. Para nuestros hijos nos vino mejor porque con aire no pueden dormir, pero para nosotros es un poco justo. La zona de piscina super bien también.

Beautiful apartment close to the pool and supermarket and a range of restaurants. Check in was so easy, communication with host was fantastic and welcoming. All facilities were perfect, we had everything we could need. Only downside was the air conditioning was not in all the rooms making it quite difficult for the kids to sleep and ceiling fan in the main bedroom wasn’t enough for the hot weather at night when we stayed in July. The air conditioning timed out every 20 minutes so we had to get up through the night to turn it on. We did experience a heat wave when there so more than likely down to the time we went. Overall it was great and I would stay again! Thankyou

Excellent stay

The apartment was excellent with everything and more, that you could possibly need. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Yes its a ten minutes walk to a shop , restaurants and bars but who doesn't do their research before booking. The location is excellent though, so quiet. The pool area is clean and tidy. The apartment even comes with a couple of lounge chairs for the pool. Everything you could need for a stay here, was available at the apartment. The small touches like milk in the fridge, sugar, tea bags etc go such a long way. Loads of parking right outside too. The perfect stay

Vacaciones tranquilas

La zona es excepcional y muy tranquila. Tienes comercios que puedes ir andando y la Zenia bulevar a cinco minutos en coche. Y las playas también a cinco minutos en coche. La zona muy tranquila, se puede descansar bien. Las piscinas muy cuidadas y poco saturadas. Aparcamiento al lado de la casa en parking privado y vigilado con cámaras. La casa es amplia, le falta algún mueble en el salón, con respecto al año anterior se ha cambiado la lavadora, tendedero y ventilador roto. Así que genial. Tiene buena conexión Wi-Fi, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. Buena comunicación con la propietaria y se preocupa de las posibles anomalías. Es el tercer año que repito y ha subsanado los detalles que comenté el año pasado. Por eso es mi repetiré el año que viene sin pensarlo.

Publicidad engañosa

Según el anuncio la playa está a 10-15 minutos andando. Tras pagar por el alojamiento pongo en “google maps” la distancia que hay andando desde la ubicación exacta hasta la cala más cercana (cala llena de algas en la que como te metas algo más que los pies te conviertes en parte de la fauna marina), resulta que aparece que son 35 minutos andando “oh vaya, qué raro, voy a escribir a la propietaria, se tratará de un error”. La escribo y me dice “no voy a hacerte ningún reembolso porque lo diga una aplicación “. Y bueno, vale, entendible, teniendo en cuenta que casi nunca se confunde. Mi respuesta fue “No se preocupe, ya lo comprobaré personalmente”, a lo que me responde “Yo si tardo 15 minutos andando, depende del ritmo de cada persona” (a no ser que tengas ruedas en los pies es imposible tardar menos de 30 minutos) A pesar de ello decidimos alojarnos en el apartamento porque no nos quería reembolsar el dinero ni siquiera parcialmente. Llegamos a Punta prima, a la dirección que nos envió. Dirección fatal indicada porque se entra por la calle de atrás. Nos facilitó un teléfono al que llamar ante cualquier duda. Estuvimos llamando 30 minutos, nadie contestaba. A todo esto hay que sumarle el calor que hace en esas calles sin ningún árbol. Cuando me cogió la llamada, fue una mujer inglesa a la que yo no entendía casi nada. Estuvimos 2 horas de reloj hasta que un hombre de la zona nos ayudó Casa llena de hormigas y sábanas con olor a varón Dandy. Aire acondicionado funciona mal

Long stay holiday

I have visited this area for a number of years staying at a variety of properties over the years and can say that I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It is centrally located, 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and within a 15 minute walk from a number of family friendly bars and restaurants. It's a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main parade of shops and restaurants and less than 10 minute drive to the beach. The property itself is set in a quiet area and is not overlooked. It had all the necessary facilities and equipment needed. The pool is private, safe and easily accessed. Parking is easy and plentiful (I would recommend having a car so you can explore wider areas). On the rare occasion I had to contact the host she responded quickly and was helpful and answered my questions.

Buena hubicacion

La estancia fue súper bien.La comunicación como Carol estuvo muy bien.El piso necesita un poco de mantenimiento.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba como debía ,el baño olía a cloaca muy fuerte y la manguera de la ducha estaba partida,cosa que el agua se salía antes de llegar.La cocina eché en falta una cafetera y tazas de café .Lo mismo que un cazo para servir sopa o alguna otra cosa.Son cositas pequeñas,que no necesitan costar mucho dinero y mejoraría el apartamento.El resto no tengo ninguna queja.

Even though we only ended up staying 4 days/3 nights due to flights home the property was ideal , it was in central location of Punta prima where we have stayed before and central for family friends we have out in Spain. Communication between myself and host was excellent. Thank you again

Vacaciones estupendas

Hola. La casa esta bastante bien ubicada en una urbanización tranquila. Con dos piscinas geniales. Es la segunda vez que vamos y bien pero necesita mejoras algunas cosas urgentes. Como los ventiladores de techo mas potentes y que sean mas silenciosos. La lavadora es muy vieja. Los colchones y somieres deverian ser cambiados porque son barcas. Y mas mobiliario en baño y salon para guardar las cosas del día a día. La tranquilidad esta garantizada y aparcamiento tambien. La piscinas con socorristas. Las playas son divinas pero tendras que ir en coche. Lo bueno que a la vuelta siempre tendras aparcamiento. Espero que para el proximo año solucione y poder repetir. Muchas gracias

Disappointing stay

My family and I have just got back from our holiday and unfortunately did not have the stay we expected. The air con unit is not fit for purpose. There is one air con unit in the main living room area the bedrooms only have ceiling fans which are inadequate in the height of summer. The air con unit constantly cut out and would not go below 19 as a result we were forced to sleep in the main living area and keep turning the air con back on. We paid for a 2 bedroom apartment with air con and ended up all sleeping in one room meaning we had no communal space. Margret the cleaner thankfully provided us with a fan and if we didn’t have this we would not have physically been able to stay here for a week. The other issue we had was with the location without hiring a car you are trapped in a residential area with limited amenities within walking distance, the closest restaurants were over a 20 minute walk away and uphill back to the apartment. The beach is a 30 minute walk. The communal pool area was nice but unfortunately no sun loungers were provided by the host for use at the pool so you have to lye on the grass. Overall we were very disappointed on our stay and would not recommend this apartment / location.

Good base for adventures

The apartment was very suitable as a base for adventures. The neighborhood was very quiet (except for the construction work for a new block house some hundreds of meters away). Parking was convenient and a well-equipped supermarket was within a walking distance. Pool was really good. Apartment was clean and full-featured. Landlady was very responsive and friendly.
