Our comfortable, no-smoking, homely quad villa is ideally located within 5 minutes drive of 3 award winning blue flag beaches, the nearest being Campoamor and Cabo Roig and 3 championship golf courses Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin. The villa is overlooking a communal and children’s pool, with plenty of private space to relax and soak up the sun on the south-east facing patio, roof-top solarium and terrace. It is modern and fully equipped to a high standard and is within a 5 mins stroll to shops/bars/restaurants. Both Alicante and Corvera airports are approx. 45 mins drive . We recommend car hire during your stay.

Great Holiday and Value for Money

Would definitely stay again! Lovely place, great weather and my young family massively enjoyed themselves! Few minor little issues but these were brought to our attention ahead of time! The keyholders were very helpful and accommodating and I would hugely recommend this property! We will be back again soon! Thank you for a great holiday :-)

Property fine but requires some serious TLC

Firstly we were given the wrong address, which turned out to be an empty property up for sale. A phone call to key holder told us it was next street up with different name. Property looks nice but the general cleanliness is below the standard that we would have expected. Air con in lounge could only be operated by standing on a chair and manually switching it on and off. This was repaired a week later with a new remote control. Also TV was buzzing continuously which again took over a week to get sorted. The kettle would not switch off automatically and the toaster was burning the bread on one side both of these were replaced a couple of days later. Downstairs bedroom only had a chest of drawers with no wardrobe for hanging clothes. both bathrooms had black mould to bath and shower surrounds. The windows had not been cleaned and were covered internally with finger marks and smudges, also general cleanliness required attention to detail. Further to the above, we felt it was somewhat isolated as there were no shops in the area and required a car drive to get provisions, and we never found a walkway to the beach as a main road prohibited access again the only way to get to the beach was by car. A very disappointing location and property

The villa was tired and in need of modernisation and maintenance.

We were unfortunate enough to get The hottest weeks on record, aircom in one bedroom so the other 3 roasted , the one down in lounge couldn’t keep up with 5 boiling people so continually dripped and caused puddles for kids to slip in! The area was a lot more built up and noisy, the beach was too far to walk. The pool was lovely until the Vice President (lady) stopped ANY kind of fun no jumping in no ball games lilos swim rings ......we know there has to be rules, but it took away all the fun of being there. Plus the pool was shut our last 2 days due to contamination....There is nothing within walking distance for kids (6&8). And the Aldi supermarket closed and moved to another location so even the shopping had to done by car. The property is in need of modernisation and all the chairs/loungers need fixing or replacing. The beds were not very comfortable, and bedroom furniture inadequate. There was loads of clean towels and bedding so we could change beds and wash everything frequently, washing machine was old but worked well. Do be warned you cannot park on the road outside and the drive is very narrow. We had a Nissan Qashqai we had to unload before getting parked and driver had to squeeze out! Would probably suit couples wth older kids.

Good area and villa

Villa had good facilities and the area was good. Only 30 minutes walk to La Zenia shopping and restaurants. Local bars and restaurants very good especially the Street and the Avenue. Probably best to hire a car to get around although there were lots of places within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent and the key holder was very helpful.

A nice 3 bed house. American kitchen. Down stairs shower bathroom. Garden to front with side parking

This 3 bed house is a quad type. It is a short walk to the pool which is opposite about 6 houses away. It is not South facing so only got sun on patio in the early mornings and solarium in the day. It's a little tired...needs a repaint. Bed linen and towels fine. We asked for eatra heaters due to March being the coldest in years! They were brought straight round by key holder. It's on an inside road and parking car on drive was difficult at times due to neighbours leaving their car in the road opposite the drive as it's a loading only street. It's a short walk to bars and restaurants of which we found the new Belgium bar very nice. The Soul Kitchen is fabulous and the Indian early bird menu is only €9.99.....we like this area of Lomas d's Caboroig because it's easy to drive to beaches...of which we like Mil Palmeras the best. Aldi food store on the estate also and a garage. They are building a new shopping complex on the estate too.
