A fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Convenient location for exploring Vlore, Orikum and Dhermi. Very clean and comfortable with a great bed, linens, pillows. Wonderful outdoor swimming pool, large and deep with plenty of comfy sun loungers. Nice little gym and the much appreciated sauna, steam room and indoor plung pool. An astounding value for such a great hotel with all these amenities. Very highly recommended

We loved everything about Acros. The staff were so kind to us and our children and went out of their way to be helpful. The pool was well designed and big enough to accommodate the guests. The room was clean and spacious and the photos on the listing matched reality!

The Acros resort is a beautiful, family-run property nestled in the mountains of Albania. It is the perfect place to relax by the pool while taking in the spectacular views of the property and mountains. The beaches of Orikum & Vlore are only a short drive away. The property is clean and offers great service and amenities. The staff was warm, attentive & helpful. We had an amazing time at The Acros Resort! Thank you Acros staff. You were great!

Good time

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size for four people, very clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the swimming pool and both the wet and dry saunas, with towels and robes provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. The location was peaceful, with a short drive to either Orikum or Vlore.

Convenient location on our way to Himarë

A bit confused by all of the reviews. Whilst the service was great, we got in quite late but there was a 24 hour check-in. The room was quite small and the bed was quite uncomfortable. The swimming pool was also empty (no water) do it did not look like the images in the hotel. Maybe we were just there in the wrong day but the pictures don’t reflect the stay we had for the rooms or pool area.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay in a large triple room with a big balcony overlooking the pool and outside seating area. The bathroom was great with plenty of towels, constant hot water and a good shower to look forward to after a day at the beach. Our room had a good size fridge but no kettle for hot drinks although they could be purchased at the bar downstairs for an extremely reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and polite, always doing their best to accommodate us. The pool was fantastic, large and clean, and surrounded with sun loungers. Breakfast was adequate with just enough variety, hot drinks were barista style and brought to you. Lots of parking and easily accessible. I would not recommend a mountain view room that faces out the back of the hotel as it looks onto an unpleasant mineral water factory.

We’ve just returned from an excellent stay at Acros Resort - theres a really relaxed vibe about the place, with a beautiful backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Gorgeous sunsets. Everything was super clean, we had a fair choice of items for breakfast and we were so impressed with the staff;. They’re a young bunch that did such a great job of tending to us in a really friendly, professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We also enjoyed some delicious cooked meals (and great wine selection) in the evenings, a credit to the chef! We would recommend Acros to anyone staying in the Vlorë county without question.

The place is very clean, the pool and surroundings are amazing. The hotel seems like it started working. Before it being fully finished. There is no phone to contact reception in the rooms, there are no tissues, coffee machine or boiler in the room. Our room was quite small. There’s no gym but they will make one. The bar in the pool area is not working and there is a warning that you can’t take food to the pool area. It has potential but it isn’t a fully functional hotel yet and it felt expensive for what it was. That being said, once you are in the pool looking at the mountains, you forget about that.

Great experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning view — truly breathtaking and something you’d expect to see on a postcard. Waking up to that scenery each morning was a real treat and added so much to the overall atmosphere of the trip. While my expectations going in were slightly higher, I still found the stay to be enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were very kind, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. They went out of their way to offer assistance, whether it was calling a cab, answering questions about local attractions, or providing other helpful services. Their attentiveness definitely helped enhance the experience. A special shout-out goes to the receptionist, a young lady who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Her professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine hospitality made us feel well taken care of and added a personal touch that didn’t go unnoticed. The local area was also a big plus — the people were friendly and the environment felt safe and relaxed. As for the food, it was tasty and fresh, though the variety was somewhat limited. If you’re someone who enjoys a wide range of options, that might be something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was clearly a priority at this property. Everything was tidy, well-kept, and maintained to a high standard, which really helped

What a joke. This hotel could have potential, but it’s a total disaster. And for the price they charge? Don’t even bother. Staff couldn’t care less, our room smelled awful and wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. The shower didn’t work, and when I complained, the receptionist just shrugged and said “I know” — so apparently they’re fully aware of the problems and simply don’t care. Breakfast? An absolute horror show. Cold food, nothing refilled, and the same sad omelettes with a fly on them were served two days in a row. When I pointed it out, the staff’s response was: “I don’t know, I wasn’t here yesterday.” Seriously? That’s the level of professionalism here. This place loves to charge 4-star prices, but in reality it’s barely scraping 2-star quality. Save your money and your sanity — stay somewhere else.

Rent och fint rum. Hotelområdet var också alltid välstädat och i ordning. God frukost med lite olika smaker, något för alla. Hotellet ligger lite avsides så bil är nästan ett måste.

Habe mir leider beim Frühstück eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt, die Hygienestandards sind ausbaufähig, die Kühlkette funktioniert offensichtlich nicht. Das Hotel präsentiert sich auf Fotos wirklich schön, aber es fehlt an den Details. Im Spa fehlen beispielsweise Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Dampfbad war meiner Meinung nach noch nie in Betrieb. Würde ich tatsächlich nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht empfehlen.
