"Everything is good. Warm welcome from Eric, nice breakfast with various choices, even homemade jam. The room is so clean and spotless. Excellent arrangement from the host even with our short notice of breakfast time due to the local tour. So quiet neighbourhood and we had nice sleep. Walk to city centre takes about 30 minutes. "

Breakfast was really good and no pressure to rush. Will definitely recommend and return to this hotel if we can come back to Orkney. A big thank you to all the staff that looked after us. "

"Great visit to Kirkwall! The Albert hotel was fantastic! It is an older property decorated very nicely! Our room was upgraded to a larger room because there were 2of us! The meal we had in the restaurant was the best we had in our visit to the Orkney’s. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone headed to the Orkney Islands"
