“This seemed like a good location and a nice upmarket looking flat, with quality amenities and furnishings from the advert. We were shocked when we arrived to find the front of the property piled high with garbage. Bags, open food waste, open bins. It smelled horrendous. It was also over 30 degrees C. We were supposed to be in the upper flat, but had been assigned the ground floor flat, whose windows were located over the garbage. The only windows. No air con. No fan inside. It was dark……

“The front door lock needs replacement. It is EXTREMELY problematic, sometimes taking a full 5 minutes of jiggling and tugging to unlock it.”

“Good location for Glasgow. However the place is in need of a omw TLC. Care is required on keeping the garden weed free, oven a d kitchen in general is dirty. In a positive the beds were comfy.”

“Clean, comfortable and well located accommodations. The AC worked very well and was highly needed during record breaking high temperatures during our stay. As a caveat, the stairwell to this upper floor flat is steep and narrow. Maneuvering with large or heavy bags could be a challenge to some. Our group of 5 had plenty of space, both alone and together. The beds were comfy. We made good use of the washer/ dryer and the cozy kitchen. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay here.”

“Lovely house, reasonable price and is pretty much in saundersfoot town itself, parking permit was provided so we didn’t have to worry about anythingthe only issue we had was trying to get the pram in the house as it was a tight squeeze through the door but everything else was great- I would definitely recommend”

They were also very accomodating for our early check-in.BUT the place is dated, somewhat rough, and in need of a refurb - peeling paint, a broken bedside table, rusty old fixtures, and tons of carpet stains. This place has the bones to be an actual luxurious flat, but the wear and tear is considerable.”
