What a great boutique hotel! I keep coming back here when I’m in town, the staff is great and I’ve been here enough that they know me, but nobody’s in my business etc. I’ve been to other boutique hotels that have a less than 10 person staff, people get way to comfortable, the staff that is. Not here, everyone is pleasant but it’s run TOP NOTCH!!!
Everyone is so nice that works here. Its clearly in need of reno, but they clean it well and make it look nice. HOWEVER i hate to say this, but I've found 4 bugs so far in my bed... i don't think I'm sleeping tonight
The front desk staff are always friendly which is always nice, especially if you have been traveling. The rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff here are so accommodating. I always want to stay here when in town.
Rooms are very neat and tidy. Facility is a beautiful, well done restoration. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Already planning another stay there!

we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. sorry to hear that your drain was going down slow, we hope that on your next stay we are able to satisfy you.
The EO Inn is located on the northeast corner of the lively and beautiful Lake Eola Park. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The morning of my stay, I called requesting an early check-in and it was an easy ask. Although I arrived later than planned, Anthony assisted in a seamless check-in process. My room was clean and felt fresh. I appreciated the functional furniture and the Kuerif/mini fridge setup. Checking out was a breeze - less than five minutes. The lobby had wrapped pastries which is great for people in a rush like I was!
This place is trying. It has a cool look and vibe that they are going for but its really lacking in a lot of areas. Like basic things were broken or messed up. Ok for a one night stay, but would not recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this cute boutique hotel! The building is older but the furniture is pretty modern. It is close to downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars and shopping options. There is a bit of construction going on but no traffic. The staff was AMAZING, everyone was super attentive and even the housekeepers welcomed guest with smiles which I have never experienced even in the fanciest hotels. Parking was easy they give you a pass to park and even when coming in later , we still managed to park with no issues. The rooms can be updated a bit but hey for a place to sleep and a nice hot shower , what more did you need? I will be staying here again when I’m in Orlando.
Cute property. A Iittle older. Needs more conveniently placed electrical outlets. Not sure if the "Queen" bed was really a queen, and was too firm. Wonderful staff!
The door to my room required me to lift it up and push with force in order for it to shut. The room was clean but rundown and upholstered headboard and blinds were stained. Rust in bathroom. Outlet next to bed did not work. I would not stay here again.
1. TV did not work. Turned on but was not able to figure out how to view anything.
2. room's door had gap at the top through which lighting from hallway came into room at night
3. bedside power outlets were not by bedside, too far away from bed
4. continental breakfast was served but there is no place to eat it and sit down.
5. room had no table or desk space
Cheap, no frills place to stay in the heart of Orlando. We stayed here to be close to a concert. It was cheap and close to Kia Center. Best we can say.
Dirty, unprofessional staff, toilet didn’t work, furniture was damaged, never again!

The place is perfectly located for the area. Lots of great restaurants and parks around the area. The hotel is aged. Definitely could use some upgrades. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brewery attached to the opposite end is a plus as well.
The EO Inn was a wonderful place to stay! They made me feel very welcome. The park next door is beautiful and the surrounding area is really nice! The Continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, too!
EO Inn is very eclectic and I really enjoyed the various styles. My bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast selection. The air conditioner needed a bit of a tune up.
Overall, I would stay there again.

No closet or wardrobe to hang clothing.
Smoke detector missing hanging wires.
Sliding shower door missing.
Bathroom door frame rusted away at base and unstable.
Bathroom door kick panel bent outward and could catch a foot. Very unsafe.
Shower rack missing and rusted mount exposed.
No dresser.
Ceiling trim missing or hanging down.
Ceiling delaminating in bathroom.
Mold on tile and trim in bath.
Bed legs detached and just wedged back into place.
No rug.
Front door barely closed and locked.
Tv remote not working.
Tv had burned out pixels.
I wish I could upload the many pictures of these issues.
I’ve stayed here a few times and never seen things in this state of disrepair. Very unclean and unsafe.
Staff was friendly and pleasant, but the condition of this property is unacceptable.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention however we are currently working on maintenance throughout the hotel your review is greatly appreciated thank you for your feedback.
Another guest threatened our safety by envading our privacy and pounding on the wall. We asked the consierge to dial 911 and no action was taken. The unprofessionalism and hostile environment made us never want to return here again.

We are sorry to hear this has happened to you we do want to assure you that police were contacted when requested but you had left the premises before they could show, upon further investigation we found that the other party involved was trying to get into his room before you approached them. We take the safety of our guest very seriously. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
This hotel is definitely not the newest nor most fancy on block. However was very clean . All staff was nice and helpful. Free grab and go breakfast was nice, several options of pastries. Free keurig coffee 24 hours a day with several different flavor options. Everything worked as should , plenty of hot water. Again just very old. But for the money , it’s definitely worth it.

We appreciate your feedback; our hotel is on the older side 100 years old to be exact! we are glad to hear you have enjoyed your stay with us please come again
Pros: Location is excellent, great breakfast, outstanding service (front desk staff is so friendly), price.
Cons: dirty room, a bed that feels like a waterbed, broken/loose tiles in the bathroom, carpet is filthy, all the doors look like the rooms have been broken into

Thank you for the feedback, we are actively working on updates and remodels inside and outside of the building, All doors in the hotel are very safe and have never been broken the building is also 100yrs old so wear and tear is natural but always taken care of.
If you are looking for glitz and glam you will be let down. This is a quaint old hotel that is perfect for those not accustomed to Ritz Carlton standards. Safe, clean, awesome grab and go breakfast. Convenient to downtown activities and accommodating staff.
