Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Staff was great but theme music aroud the pool does not fit with the fifties theming. They used to play fifties music in the first year it opened and it was great. This time I went to enjoy breakfast outdoors and had to listen to a pop song about snorting cocain. Yea not very Cabana like.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
I appreciated the laundry in my room. It came with plates and a full kitchen. The staff was helpful enough in regards to requests. Property is huge and requires much walking to get from one part to the other. If the shuttle is running, it isn't too bad, but we did not see a lot of them on certain ...

it is more "motel" like so you have people walking by your room able to look in if you don't close your curtains. rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.
