Ruined our new years trip

Host made no reservation for me at the property, had zero communication until 2 days after the trip was over. Made a false cancellation for “minimum age” we are both in our 30’s how old do you need to be? No apology or legit explanation. Contact number seems to be false or inaccurate. Trip was on New Year’s Eve and booked nearly a month in advance. Believe this listing is a scam. Please don’t waste your time
