不满意：清洁度
Disappointed
Would hope for some part refund at least. Villa lovely but cleanliness much to be desired, especially carpets which were badly stained and looked even as if a dog/s had been there. The sofa was also stained The doors ,windows and pool area had never been cleaned as well as front door area I did report this and I was told they would see what they would speak to the team to see what could be done but no no avail
It was not until the last day a friend pointed out bloodstains on the carpet in Room 4 and bloodstains in the bedside cabinet drawer. The shower did not drain also. My friend didn’t want to tell me as she knew I had researched villas before making a selection and had contacted the host beforehand to check the standard as there were no reviews. I was assured the villa would be top class and I expected no less considering we paid more than most of the villas available to us from other companies and too this would be premium
