The Space:

WINDSOR CAY - 7 cozy bedrooms and 5.5 well-maintained bathrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay, with private or shared bathrooms available. Please note there is an additional fee to add the pool and spa heater, kindly request it up to 48 hours before your check-in date. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests must be 21 years or older to book, smoking is prohibited inside the property, pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted.



* Please be aware of Windsor Cay resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.

The neighborhood around Windsor Cay Resort in Clermont, Florida, offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It's conveniently located near major highways, making it simple to reach Orlando's top attractions



Getting Around:

There are so many attractions to explore in the Kissimmee / Orlando area. Close to shopping malls and outlets, dine out in the huge selection of restaurants and of course the world-famous Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Conveniently located just six minutes from Publix Super Market and 28 minutes from Disney parks and the Orlando Premium Outlets.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.





POOL AND SPA HEATER:

Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. **The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. **

Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets.
