Great stay!

The resort and condo were absolutely perfect for our needs. My son loved the pools and the nature trail & we loved how close it was to the Disney parks. We can't wait to come back soon!

Over all it’s a nice condo and property. Please be mindful that this is currently self service. They will not give you any extra towels or hand towels. The carpet needs to be replaced or stretched. The condo was real clean. And nice. Will rent it again. Just wasn’t pleased with the self service. No warning was given

GROSS

It was between here or the Floridian but with the flights and Disney tickets I wanted to save money where I could. All I can say was that was a huge MISTAKE. I should’ve just spent the 800-1000 for The luxury of an actual resort like the Floridian rather than the 400-500 at this shit hole. After traveling all day across the US, we just wanted to settle into our room and get dinner. For starters the restaurant and bar closed at 7 like what resort closes that early? The room was gross. It smelt musty, there was dirt all over the light tan walls which made the dirt pop even more. The dishes were dirty, the fridge smelt of mildew, there was blood splatter in the bathroom, there were only two cheap cheap pillows on the bed and essentially only two thin sheets folded together to make a blanket, and the back door did not lock as it was broken. It was super dated I mean you had to rent movies for entertainment. Lucky I had sanitizing wipes left from the plane ride (shout out to United airlines) and after wiping the tables and handles all my wipes were black. I has to spray my perfume around because it smelt awful and we had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket. There are three pools at this resort and after a long day at Disney we wanted to go swimming and sit in the hot tub. Once getting in the pool we were informed by a security guard who was just walking by that the pool was closed due to someone pooping in it. There wasn’t any sings indicating it was closed and the gates were still unlocked so I had no idea it was closed. We hopped out and went back to our room to shower because GROSS. Once done we went to the office to let them know that’s gross and to put signs but there were people swimming again so I told them to get out because someone pooped in the pool. I went into the office to inform them what happened to us but also that there were still people swimming that didn’t know because they still failed to put signs up and lock the gates. Rather than being professional and handling the problem they were extremely rude and lazy. Moral of my experience is spend the extra 300 and book a better place because this place isn’t it.
